Total Graphics

After the successful installation of web2print, the online software solution from Mediatoolbox of Bedfordshire, UK, Total Graphics have now embarked on a major marketing roll out of the product which will be called “Click2Print”. They have launched an introduction video on the company’s website where interested parties can simply paste the address into the browser and sit back and watch it. An introductory DVD pack will also be available to customers to explain the product and both will be linked to a teaser leaflet.

Jack Nathan, Director of Total Graphics explained the idea for the video.”Web2print allows us to service both national and international clients and therefore the idea for the video really came about as a way of allowing people look at our new commercial concept without the trouble of contacting us first. In this way they can satisfy themselves that what is on offer from Total Graphics is of interest to them. We recognise that its not only a question of the technology being available for the client , but that in to-days market environment its crucial that you have innovative and accessible marketing tools to articulate our message to the client.”
The video is really both a sales lead creator and also a “heads up” to the market that Total Graphics are truly online. The company plan to produce a much more in-depth video later which will outline in detail how all the various functions work and showing graphically how the workflow links from the client to Total Graphics as a company.

“If a client is interested they simply register on our website as shown in the video and one of our very experienced salespeople  will then visit them and go through the solution in greater detail, “continued Jack.”This is critical to convincing the client to come on board and use the application. For example we can demonstrate to them the video function which enables Total Graphics to link directly to the client’s desktop via webcam enabling both companies to talk directly to each other visually.”

Tony O’Neill, managing director of Mediatoolbox commented further.”Web2Print is a completely new approach. There must be a realisation from the print provider that the marketing message and sales message must be a priority rather than an after thought. Location is not applicable to Web2Print, just explanation and justification.”

The key message of Click2Print for a client will be the availability of a one to one video link, the ability to track progress of a job without using the phone, a product shop allowing repeatable purchases and the ability to create documents on online, proofing and ordering.
